“The Teddy Bear Brigade”
Tiny Hands Foundation’s Rod Khleif Announces the “Teddy Bear Brigade” Providing 500 Teddy Bears for Sarasota Police Department Cars For Children in Distress.
SARASOTA, FL, November 2015, Tiny Hands Foundation President Rod Khleif announces the 2nd Annual “Teddy Bear Brigade” Providing 500 Teddy Bears for Sarasota Police Department Patrol Cars to be Given Out to Children in Distress. These ‘Teddy Bear Officers’ will ride along with Sarasota Police Officers and will be given out to help comfort children they encounter that may be in distress.
We hope you will consider participating in The Teddy Bear Brigade. Just $5 (or $10 for 2!) provides a brand new comfort bear to comfort a child involved in a traumatic situation.
There are 2 Ways You Can Help:

- Drop off a Teddy Bear or 2: Now through November 15th, Girl Scouts of Gulfcoast Florida, 4780 Cattlemen Rd. Sarasota FL. 34233 will be accepting Teddy Bear Donations for the Teddy Bear Brigade.
Presentation Ceremony: Chief of the Sarasota Police Department, Bernadette A. DiPino will accept 500 Teddy Bear Officers who will “report for duty” on 1:30pm EST, Monday November 16, 2015.
